The safety and security personnel has been as well trained to handle traffic regulation operations within and surrounding The Arena. The latest security control system has been implemented by installed surveillance cameras to make sure the event’s organizer is capable of monitoring the safety and security of their items/equipment.

The Arena management team pays great attention to the cleanliness of the venue, its surroundings, its public and serviced areas. Special equipment and consumables have been procured to facilitate and speed-up the cleaning process.

The Arena has been designed to make sure it meets the requirements and expectations of the people with special needs by facilitating their car park, their access, and their designated services.

Offices and multifunctional equipped spaces are available for organizers to operate throughout the event period.

The logistics and technical support team will include an officer available to make sure the communication and coordination process is smooth; an onsite electrician will be available at all times, accompanied with the HSSE team and an owners’ representative.

The organizer will have the opportunity to promote his event by the entrances and exits of The Area and its surroundings; this is besides the digital support through The Arena’s social media platforms.
